Overview
Molena Capital Corp, a financial services and investment management corporation, is looking for a motivated person to join our team in US/Canada. The Payment Analyst works with the operations team that manages the processing and reconciliation of client payments and financial transactions within our service area. Molena Capital Corp is authorized to operate in the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
Providing financial, administrative and clerical services to the General Manager of the Financial Department. Including processing, monitoring payments, expenditures, generating invoices, processing overdue invoices. Compilation of monthly statistics of payments and operations within the company's controlled financial segment. Performing the assigned tasks under the direction of the General Manager (includes office and practical tasks).
As a Payment Analyst, you will be responsible for providing payment services to a range of small and medium sized businesses. The objectives of these payments are different, but it is necessary for the future of customer service and assistance to the business development of our customers. Depending on the needs of our customers, you will get payment from our customers and send it to the appropriate service of our company. Thus, the Payment Analyst is the liaison between the customer and the main office of the company.
During the probation period, you will work under the supervision of your manager. It will provide you with detailed instructions for performing your tasks. So you will not have any problems with learning, and you can get the necessary experience. This position is available for your city of residence.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); College Degree preferred; experience and/or training, preferably in the financial services industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Skills
The ideal candidate will have the ability to creatively problem solve, communicate effectively both orally and written, have excellent time management and organization skills, have a high attention to detail, be self motivated, and use good judgment when making decisions. Must be proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel.
Tax Information
According to Canadian laws, companies that are employers (resident or non-resident) and have paid their employees employment income, commissions, taxable allowances and benefits, fishing income, or any other remuneration, are required to prepare and issue a T4 slip. Employees should receive most of their slips and receipts by the end of February.
